The stages of health involve the cleansing system of the internal organs and balancing of the vital forces with in the system through Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas and Mudras.

Yoga brings about a total transformation of one’s way of life. It helps in cultivating strict discipline in food habits, cleanliness, sex and character thus enabling one to become better person. Yoga exercises can be done anywhere at anytime and is a safe drugless self treatment.

Dharana is concentration on a single point, or total attention on what one is doing, the mind remaining unmoved and unruffled. It stimulates the inner awareness to integrate the ever- flowing intelligence and releases all tensions. When it continues for a long time, it becomes MEDITATION (dhyana), an indescribable state that has to be experienced to be understood.
It is a path to obtain physical perfection, perfect health and long life. It provides one of the finest systems of physical culture, through a system of static and controlled postures.
Pranayama develops a steady mind, strong will power and sound judgement. The purpose of pranayama is to make the respiratory system function at its best. This automatically improves the circulatory system, without which the processes of digestion and elimination would suffer, toxins would accumulate, diseases spread through the body and ill-health becomes habitual.
Kriyas are a very important aspect of Hatha Yoga as they help to eliminate the accumulated toxins from the system. Kriyas clean the eyes, respiratory system, food pipes and tone up abdominal viscera and small intestines. They also build up resistance to diseases and sharpen the mind.
Dhyana (Meditation) is a special kind of relaxing technique for attaining peace, calm and joy without using any mantras. It is mainly an act of concentrating the mind by cutting oneself off from the external world completely. Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique for relaxation. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It enables us to explore the deep realms of the subconscious mind, thereby releasing and relaxing the mental tensions and establishing harmony in all aspects.
